Hey Michael, thanks for the information! I'm not sure who you previously spoke to but the DeeMaxx Disc Brake Kit w/ Actuator for Triple Axle Trailers item # DE26AR is the correct conversion kit for your 2018 Grand Design Momentum 5W Toy Hauler 349M.

The DeeMaxx item # DE26AR comes with everything you'll need to convert to disc brakes. Rotors, actuator, lines, fittings, calipers, and pads. The rotors have thicker 9/16" lug studs as well.
