Hey Steven, the PullRite SuperGlide part # PUL28RR that you referenced does not come with a rail kit or any install hardware. This is just the hitch. If you need the Ram rail kit you'd have to get that from a Ram dealer as there isn't an aftermarket solution. Do you have the OEM puck kit?

As long as your truck has the factory puck OEM mount there is nothing additional needed to mount this to the truck. The four pins and locking hardware come with the hitch. There is an additional piece needed to make the hitch work with your fifth wheel however. Depending on the king pin on your camper / trailer you need to buy the matching “locking plate” this locks the kingpin radially / swivel wise to make the sliding mechanism functional. The hitch manufacturer has a great chart on their website to determine which one is right for you. By the way, this hitch is crazy heavy. It’s not fun manhandling in and out of the bed without a lift hoist or tractor loader. It works perfectly and I do recommend it.
