Hi does this light come in a clear lens instead of smoke? If not, are there any other options of lights I would be able to use to replace this that have a clear lens? My current light has the 3 wire pigtail Thank you.

There sure are Cole! The Optronics LED Backup Light item # BUL52CB has a clear lens and is the closest comparable options in features and size to the item # OPT52KB you were looking at.
The Optronics item # BUL52CB has 36 white LEDs that are protected by a sealed waterproof housing. It measures 6-1/2" long × 2-5/16" wide x 2-5/16" tall.
The Right Angle 3-Wire Pigtail item # A47PB can be used to install the Optronics item # BUL52CB. It'll plug directly into the back of the light and you'll be able to connect it to your trailer's 3-wire pigtail.
