Hey Scott, the dimensions of the Dexter replacement inner slide assembly part # T1608400317 that you referenced is 18-1/4 inches in length, 4-1/2 inches tall, and 3-3/8 inches wide. If what you have is a Model 10 style actuator currently you wouldn't have to measure this to confirm it will fit as they are all made the same size.

I have an old Dorcey trailer that I recently installed the hydrastar actuator on. I am trying to utilize the Dorsey surge housing. I’m trying to make the coupler rigid. Without excessive welding.
