Will Lets Go Aero Jack-It TS TwinSpin Bike Rack LGA23VR Work On 2022 Salem Cruise Travel Trailer?

Question:

Hello, I am looking at the aero jack it twin spin tounge mounted bicycle rack. We have a 2022 Salem Cruise lite travel trailer. The total distance between the front of the coach to the center of the power jack is 19 inches. Will this bicycle rack work for me?

Hey John, thanks for reaching out. You’re asking the right question here because this rack is all about clearance, not just whether it technically mounts. That 19" measurement from the front of the trailer to the center of the jack is actually a really good number to have. Most of the time we start to worry when guys are down around 12–14 inches because everything gets cramped, but at 19 you’ve got some breathing room to work with.

Based on that, you should be in good shape to run the Jack-IT TwinSpin # LGA23VR on your Salem. It mounts over the jack and sits forward enough that you won’t be crowding the front wall, and you’ll still have room to actually load and rotate the bikes without fighting it. The only thing I’d still keep in the back of your mind is how bulky your propane cover and jack head are, because those can sneak up on you and eat space. But purely off that 19" measurement, you’re not in a borderline situation, this is one of the setups where it should go on clean and work like it’s supposed to.
