The 5" for the Valterra RV Ceiling Vent w/ Dampers and Covered Screws - 5" Diameter - Medium White # A10-3359VP is actually the grille/air flow hole where the shutters are. This has an overall diameter of 6-7/8" and will fit a 5-13/16" cutout/hole (see included image).
Are you needing one that will fit a 5" cutout? And, what kind of camper are you wanting this for?
