No, it does not Mike but we have do it available for purchase separately. The Replacement 3/4"-16 UNF-2B Hex Nut item # F2135823295 is what you'll need for the Replacement Air Spring item # F6401. We also have the the Replacement 3/4" Lock Washer item # F2135823064 that installs below the nut. These parts are all sold individually.

These parts are all replacement components for the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs item # F2299 that fit your 2005 Dodge Ram 3500.
