Question:
Can I use this hitch to jack my car?

Hey Ray! Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C12108 can be used as a jack point on your RAV4. Curt is aware of the fact that this blocks the rear jack location and has stated the hitch can be used instead. Keep in mind, this is just a temporary lift point. You need to support the weight with jack stands immediately once you lift the vehicle.
What will you be using the hitch for?

I’ve never done this but don’t see why not. The hitch is very strong and bolted on securely.

Have not had to use the receiver as a jack point, but if bolted to the vehicle correctly, could be used as a temporary point. The receiver is well built, just wouldn’t jack it in the middle of the receiver, probably not as strong as the ends.
