Hey Lawrence!
Yes, the Ultra-Fab Electric A-Frame Jack w/ 7-Way Plug - 18" Lift - 3,500 lbs # UF38-944037 has a removable plug on top to gain access to the hex bolt that spins it. You can put the included 9/16" deep socket on it and manually crank it with a ratchet (ratchet not included).
Hopefully the battery on your truck never dies so you can keep powering the jack, but at least you have a backup cranking method in an emergency!
What truck and trailer do you have?

I love my Ultra-Fab Electric A-Frame jack. with the 7-way plug. All I had to do was remove the original crank jack from my cargo trailer and bolt in the new electric unit. My back has thanked me a hundred times.
