If you're wanting to use the Active Controls ActiveStart Plug-IN Soft Start part # AS44FR so you can run your camper's air conditioner while parked next to a house this part would work perfectly. You can use the 15amp to 30amp dogbone adapter plug to plug the 30amp RV plug into a standard house outlet and the run the AC to cool the trailer while its parked. The soft start will help reduce the startup surge from the AC's compressor and make it less likely to trip the household breaker.

If you need to use an extension cord, you'll need a heavy-duty 10 or 12-gauge cord to minimize voltage drop. You'll also want to avoid running high energy draw appliances like the microwave or electric water heater while the AC is running since the house circuit is rated for 25 amps. Since the AS44FR has Bluetooth, you can monitor the power usage from the app on the phone to make sure the circuit isn't getting overloaded.
