Hey Steve! Yes, the RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit # RAS3611-HD will fit your 2022 F-150 with air bags. The two systems can work together, although both typically aren't necessary. Your suspension might be worn out if you think you need both.

Hey, so it is really good. Better shock up assortment for sure the height as well but it will not drive smooth with weight off of it.

Steve, I'm very happy with mine. I don't feel any noticeable ride difference when unloaded but definitely feel the ride improvement when I'm pulling my boat. No more swat plus reduced bounding when I hit road bumps. I can't tell you if these will mount with your current air bags. I'm wondering why you'd need them if you already have bags. You may want to look to see if you have other suspension issues. This suspension system doesn't increase your towing capacity but it does improve your towing quality, especially at the higher end of your towing limits. Dave
