Is wall clearance on the Thomas Paine Axim Dove love seat 12 inches from the base of the chair or the top. Thank you.

Hey Meridee. The clearance is measured from the back of the headrest on the Thomas Payne Dual Reclining RV Loveseat item # TP68KR. Overall it measures 55" wide x 38" deep x 41" tall. When the recliner is fully extended it'll be 64" deep. You'll need at least 2" of wall clearance.
