Hello Cameron, thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to say we do not offer a replacement main gear for the Fulton F2 winch. We used to carry a gear kit, but it was discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available. If your main gear has failed, the only solution would be a whole new jack, and we do have those available as part # FW20000301.
What went wrong with the gear in your jack? Did something happen or do you think it was just normal wear and tear?

The F2 is a pretty stout winch to start with so I would suspect if you had a main gear failure then the winch you had was too small for your application. I always use the theory of ending just a little more than you need to give you extra room to maneuver. If able back your trailer a little in the water. This will make life easier and not put so much strain on your winch.
