Hello looking for replacement for 1 HappiJac 4150, Also are holes to mount same on new one?

Hi Chris; the Replacement Jack for HappiJac Truck Camper Jack Systems # LC736514 is what you need to replace your 4150. The mounting holes will be the same as the jack you're replacing.
What kind of truck and camper setup do you have?
