Hi Shelley; I don't have those dimensions for the # 8527791001 and Thule wasn't able to give them to me. However I can tell you this is the correct replacement for your Thule Easy Fold which is the same as the # TH903202 pictured below. We also have the left reflector # 8527791002 and the housing # TH66KY (right) and # TH76KY (left) available.
Did your original reflector fall off or was it damaged?
