Why Does Locking Knob Keep Spinning on Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack

Question:

First time using it and I can’t get the short arm clamp to open up and release frame tube, knob just keeps spinning but clamp doesn’t release can’t get my Rad Rover 6 Plus step Thru off the rack?

I'd be happy to help out! It sounds like the knob on the clamp for your Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack # TH903202 is locked. If you unlock it then you'll be able to open up the clamp like normal.

This is a standard operation for Thule locks that are on a knob like this. It's a safety feature so that someone can't just force the lock open by forcing the knob to turn.
