I lost one of the hitch pins that secure the sway bars to the hitch. Are they standard hitch pins and if so what size/type

Sorry to hear that one of the pins went MIA. Blue OX does offer replacement pins. They are part # BLU72FR. I wouldn't say that they are a standard so I highly recommend sticking with the Blue Ox replacement pins.
