Is FR65TD the package that will work with ducted systems? If not, what additional parts, or different package would be needed for that setup?

Hey Lars. The Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System item # FR65TD includes an air distribution box that can be setup for both ducted and ductless orientations.

The Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System item # FR65TD comes with everything you need to get up and running. It's got a 15,000 btu AC unit, air distribution box, and an external thermostat you can use to adjust the settings. This AC system also includes a built in capacitor which gives you an extra boost to help jump-start the AC without tripping a breaker.

You can also add the Heat Strip Add-On for Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner item # FR63PR. This heat strip can be controlled by the thermostat included with the Furrion item # FR65TD. It's not going to replace a furnace if you're camping in colder weather but it will take the chill off of a cool 50° - 60° degree morning.
