Hi Debbie; I'm sorry to say we don't have a 4-way that will connect to the factory wiring. The only option would be to use the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56020 which plugs into the connection points behind the tail lights.
Is there a factory 7-way on the E-250? You could use an adapter like # 337TC2074P for a 4-way or if you have a USCAR connection the # C36GJ will give you both a 4-way and 7-way.
