Question:
I purchased a SE34VR from you about 2 years ago.. it has worked great but until this last trip when it stopped showing BATT voltage... when I press that button it displays .0, and appears dim. the other functions seen to work properly, but are also dimmer than normal.. is there a reset for this or has the panel died on me? Thanks much

Welcome back John. The display being dim on the SeeLeveL RV Holding Tank Monitor item # SE34VR can be addressed by holding down the BATT and GREY buttons for 5 seconds to enter programming mode. The display will show bri. Then you'll want to adjust the brightness from b-1 dim to b-4 bright.
If this doesn't work you'll want to disconnect the battery and shore power, check all your connections, and then after at least 5 mins reconnect power to see if that fixes the display and gets the battery voltage to show back up. You should focus on the grounds and the connections behind the display. The battery displaying zero could be a bad connection or a dead battery so that should be easy to diagnose.
If none of that works it's time for a new panel.
I've linked the installation instructions below that lists all of the troubleshooting steps.

Jerred, it appears the panel BATT function is inoperative. the 12vdc source is actually 13.4vdc(LFP04 battery) with a Fluke DVM. The panel removed from the rv and connected to a 12vdc battery still shows ".0" for the voltage. When I press the BATT & GREY buttons together it shows "diA" then "h4", but never a "bri" indications... So I am probably looking at a new panel(?). the level sensors still work properly as does the LPG level(except when it gets below freezing, then shows "OPn".. comes back when it warms up... I didn't find the troubleshooting attachment, but assume that a copy will be in with new panel... BTW, my rv is an 2010 Itasca(WGO) Navion iQ on the Sprinter chassis. Thanks, John Welby
