I do have a replacement available for your Saris MHS Duo # SAR23MR, but the Replacement 22" Long Wheel Cradle Ratchet Straps for Saris Bike Carriers - Qty 2 # SA4424 is not going to fit. This is designed to fit the Freedom, Freedom SuperClamp, Gran Fondo, Bike Porter, and Thelma bike racks.
What you are looking for is the MHS Duo Rear Wheel Strap Kit # SAR49XR. This is specifically for the MHS Duo and replaces the whole strap assembly.
