I have a solution for you to replace the anti-sway straps on your Saris Bones 3 SA801 but, unfortunately, the Replacement Tube Cradle and Strap # SA24382 that you mentioned will only fit on the Freedom Platform Bike Racks, like part # SA4412B, from Saris.
If you are just needing to replace the anti-sway strap on your Bones 3, which is the strap that secures the upright part of your bike frame, then you will need part # SA12398.
If you need to replace a cradle, then you will have to replace the entire bike rack.
