Hey Marty! The bushings themselves aren't available as a replacement part. You will need the entire gear pack assembly for replacement. We have the following available:

-Lippert 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" RV Slide-Out Standard Gear Pack Assembly # LC122837. This fits slide-outs manufactured after October 2013 with a 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" tubing arm.
-Replacement Gear Pack for Lippert RV Slide-outs -2"x3" or 3"x3" Arms - Standard # LC140409. This fits all Lippert above-frame slide-outs manufactured after October 2013 with a 2" x 3" or 3" x 3" arm.
-Replacement Gear Pack for Lippert RV Slide-outs w/ 2" x 2" Arm - No Roll Pin Assembly # LC281331. This fits all Lippert through-frame slide-outs manufactured after October 2013 with a 2" x 2" arm.
I wasn't able to confirm the arm size with the motor part number so you will need to verify that to choose the correct replacement. What kind of trailer do you have?

I replaced the gear pack because of broken teeth on mine . Easy direct replacement. Very happy with it . Bought 2 to carry a spare.
