Does Outlet in RV Have Amperage for Greystone 31" Electric Fireplace # 324-000075

Question:

I have a 2025 KZ connect 242FKK and I have a fire place in my living room area but I want to put on in the bed room in a perfect spot my the dresser there is a power outlet with in 2-3 feet of where I would in stall the fireplace but my main concern is would the fire place over power receptacles and over head the wire it say the product 12.5 amp running 1,500 watt I would just like to know if I plug it in would it over power the receptacles.

Hey Reggie, the Greystone 31" Electric Fireplace with Crystals - Recessed Mount # 324-000075 should work just fine but it really depends on what the circuit the outlet is on is rated for. It most likely is rated higher than 12.5 amps but you should verify that and also see what else that circuit is powering to be sure. Most outlets are rated for 15 amps so I would assume you're fine but let me know either way.
