I have a 2007 Ford F350 with the helper spring and a BandW gooseneck hitch. What airbag model would I need to purchase?

Hey Jeff! I recommend Firestone air bags for your 2007 Ford F-350 since they're the most durable and reliable. If you have the 2WD model you need # F2398 and for 4WD # F2400. Both are compatible with your B&W gooseneck hitch and work with factory top overload springs.
If you want to control the air bags from the cab wherever you're towing I also recommend adding the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System # AL25980. This is a wireless system that works with a remote or the app through your phone.
