Question:

2025 GMC Shortbed 1500 Crew Cab. Looking at the Anderson 3220 hitch but you dont show a turnover ball kit for my truck. Is there one sold for my truck to work with the Anderson? Thanks.

Hi Brian!

We do indeed have a Turnoverball for your 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 Short Bed with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit - 30,000 lbs # BWGNRK1019. This will also fit the Limited models for all years of this generation except the 2019, so it sounds like you are good to go.

This will also work perfectly with the Andersen Aluminum Ultimate 5th Wheel Connection 2 Gooseneck version # 3220, so no issues there either.

With all that being said, there is one thing you do need to check before going with it. Do you have the CarbonPro bed? This will not fit and should not be used if you do.

Hey Brian, did you get a chance to check whether your Sierra has the CarbonPro bed before moving forward with the Turnoverball hitch? Knowing how that worked out could help others setting up the Andersen hitch on similar trucks.

@Carlos If you are specifically asking about a gooseneck hitch, then there is nothing that can be installed in the CarbonPro bed, unfortunately. That said, you can install 5th wheel rails (like the B&W Rails # BWRVR3210 and Custom Brackets # BWRVR2504). These are supported by the frame of your truck and will not require cutting a hole in your CarbonPro bed like a gooseneck will (which is one of the reasons you can't put a gooseneck in a CarbonPro bed). You will still need to drill a couple holes though. You could then use something like the Curt Spyder Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Fifth Wheel Rails, 25,000 lbs GTW # 16085 to hook up to a gooseneck trailer.
