Hey Angus. The Curt Universal Fifth Wheel Base Rails item # C16104 are 1/8" thick. They're made of high strength steel and then powdered coated for durability and longevity. These rails measure 45" long x 5-5/8" wide x 2" tall. They work with any brand 5th wheel hitch that attaches to industry standard rails.
You'll also need the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Bracket Kit for Ford item # C87VV to install the rails on your 2020 Ford F-250. These are custom fit and install in pre-drilled holes in your truck's frame.
What kind of 5th wheel hitch do you have?
