According to Curt's fitment catalog the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Bracket Kit for Ford 150 # C86WR is a confirmed fit for every model of the 2023 Ford F-150 except for police responder and Lightning models. To go along with the brackets you'll also need some base rails like # C16204 (carbide finish) or # C16104 (gloss finish). According to the instructions the first base rail edge should be installed 28-9/16" from the edge of the bed floor on the tailgate side.
Since you have a 5.5' bed you'll need to use a fixed hitch and a rotating pin box on your trailer or use a sliding hitch like the Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # DM8550040, which has a 22-1/2" travel to give you enough turning clearance.
