Looking for Front Runner Slimline Platform that is 8-9 Feet Long

Question:

I’m having trouble sorting out the various options of the slimline II racks, on Dometic’s website it seems to be organized by vehicle, not by rack dimensions, and since my vehicle isn’t listed I can’t easily find dimensions. For the platform itself I’m looking for something in the 8-9’ long range, with the No 4 legs.

Hey David, what are you wanting to install the Front Runner onto? Is it a camper shell of a truck bed? If o we have options like the part # FR69AJ which is designed to fit into the tracks on top of a camper shell and is 93 inches long by 58 inches wide.

It’s a 1999 Toyota Hiace (JDM), KZH116 (extended wheelbase). So that’s why it’s tricky.

@DavidB does the roof have like rain gutters for the rack to attach to?

@DavidB For a gutter mount we have the part # FR29XJ which is 85-1/4 inch long and 56-1/8 inches wide or the part # FR76MJ which is taller. I would measure the width between your gutters to see if either would work. That's not a vehicle we have fits for.

Is there a weight limit for the FRONT RUNNER SLIMLINE II UNIVERSAL ACCESSORY SIDE MOUNTING BRACKETS? I'm wondering if they could be used to mount an awning that seems to be a bit trickier to pair with the Front Runner Slimline II platform racks (Kammok Crosswing).
