Question:
My graystone fireplace isnt staying on. We will go to turn it on, it will try to cut on these about 1-2 seconds later it will completely shut off no light, no heat nothing. We tried unplugging letting reset, and cleaned the dust out still nothing.

Hey Alisha, when this happens it means the fireplace has an internal problem that unfortunately isn't repairable and only solution is to replace the fireplace. Usually it's something on the circuit board that is damaged. This is unfortunately not super rare for RV fireplaces. What size is your fireplace? The # 324-000068 is 26 inches wide which is very common.

The original Graystone in our camper ran for 6 years. Since then we've bought two new one's, neither one lasted more than a year. They're not meant to be repaired.
