Question:
I want to upgrade the suspension and brakes on my 2025 Brinkley Z3400 with tandem 8K axles. It came with electric hub brakes, leaf springs and a Road Armor equalizer. Im looking for both the complete DeeMaxx disc brake kit and the complete Roadmaster comfort ride slipper springs with shocks kit. Based on one of your installations, I also want to add two MORryde X-Factor crossmembers. Could you please help me with that? I uploaded images of the axle stickers. Let me know if you want more information on my rig. Could my rig be considered for an install by you guys at your home site? I reached out to the local installer with by far the most experience, but they said 5th wheels were outside their wheelhouse. I had already asked the closest Brinkley RV dealer service center and received a similar answer. Im nowhere near one of the mobile RV techs that specialize in suspension and brakes. Can you help me out? We are full-timers and are currently in Virginia. Were planning a long trip through the southwest to California, then up to Washington state. At that point we will head to either Alaska or the Midwest. You can see why we want to make these upgrades. We would appreciate your help.

Hey Maurice, I'd be happy to help you get the parts you need! For the Roadmaster Comfort Ride system you'd want the part # RM-2460-2580 since you have a tandem 8k axle setup on your 2025 Brinkley Z3400.
For a DeeMax disc brake kit we will have to piece that together since we don't have a complete kit with a single part number. For that you'd want the part # DE93AR for a grease hub/drum setup that has 5/8 inch wheel studs. For the actuator you'd want the # DE24JR which is a plug and play kit that comes with all of the needed wiring as well.
For brake lines you'd then want the part # HS496-152.
Then for the X-Factor you'd want the part # MR33WR and you'd have all of the right components!
We can definitely install all of this if/when you get to the Midwest for sure. It's kind of odd you are having a harder time finding an installer local to you. Maybe it's because the Brinkleys are so nice noone wants to accidentally mess one up!
All of these components will make a big difference in terms of comfort and braking ability!
