What Is The Max Amp Draw For The Seaflo Diaphragm Pump SE96FR?

Product photos show maximum amps at 1.0. Product details list maximum power draw at 8 amps. Which of these is correct?

Hey Mike, good eye! I double checked with Seaflo and they confirm the # SE96FR Diaphragm Pump draws approximately 1 amp max. The typical current draw is around 0.75 amps under normal operation with a maximum draw up to about 1.2 amps when the pressure switch kicks in.
I am not sure why our page says 8 amps but this is incorrect. I will work on getting this fixed.
