Question:
Am I reading the product information correctly? I have two double axle trailers. I can purchase another set of 4 sensors, mount them on the second trailer and be able to monitor whichever trailer I am towing?

Hi Steve!
You are correct. You can add more sensors to the TireMinder i10 TPMS for RVs and Trailers w/ Signal Booster - 4 Flow Through Tire Sensors # TM38FR with the following part number (just be aware these are sold as a quantity of 2 per order, so you will need to order 2 sets to get 4):
Flow Through Tire Sensors for TireMinder TPMS - Qty 2 # TM66FR
If you ever end up needing more, you can monitor up to 20 sensors with this system as well. So absolutely no issues getting it set up to monitor your 2 trailers. Oh and if you wanted to have a second signal booster for the other trailer, we do have that as well with the Replacement Signal Booster for TireMinder A1AS, i10, and Smart TPMS # VAL29RB.
Are these work trailers or something else?
