Will the Yakima enclosed box mounted on the swing clear the exhaust on a 2024 Cherokee v6 dual exhaust

Hi David; do you have a 2024 Grand Cherokee? The regular Cherokee was discontinued in 2023. If you're using the factory hitch the Yakima EXO Swing Away Enclosed Cargo Carrier # Y62VR will clear your dual exhaust. It has a built in 2" rise, and also sits far enough out that the exhaust won't cause any damage.
