The Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes # RM-2050-1 is the right fit for your Fiat 500e. The loading ramps are adjustable to make sure they're in the right position when you load up your vehicle. The wheel nets come with the dolly and they will ratchet down to fit your tires as well. Generally, you'll put your vehicle in neutral when towing with a dolly, but your owner's manual will have instructions to make sure you're towing the vehicle safely!
Also, the tow dolly comes with bare wires so you need a 7-way connector like the Hopkins 7-Way Molded Trailer Wire Connector # H20042 sold separately to match up to your Vienna's wiring.
