Having issues with trailer brake controller not recognizing trailer.

Hey, Bradnley
Sorry to hear what's going on with your brake controller part # TK57HR. There are a few questions I have to help pin point what's going on.
- Have you used the controller in the past and it was fine then and its doing this now?
-Or is this the first time using the controller and you're getting this error?
-Do you have a factory brake controller? If so your computer wont be able to recognize an after market controller, if that's the case, you will need to take it in to have your dealer "flash" the computer so that it recognize the factory controller any more.
Some things to check would be your trailer brake magnets. If they lost their ground it will cause the error to show up on the screen. You may also want to double check your trailer plug, both on the truck and the trailer.
Let me know how everything goes when you get a chance.
