Can I use one of these Connect-Ease kits just to make battery maintenance easier and not have to remove it to charge it etc.

Daniel, absolutely. A lot of people start looking at these because they’re tired of loosening battery terminals or removing the battery for basic maintenance or charging. That’s honestly how I ended up appreciating them myself - just making battery access easier without messing with any tools or wiring.
For a single battery, the 12V # CE76RR or 12V/24V/36V # CE66RR works great. For multi-battery setups, the 24V # CE26RR or # CE58RR works great for 2 12V batteries, or the 36V kit # CE88RR for 3 12V batteries. This will keep your wiring intact while giving you a quick disconnect point when wanting to disconnect from a charger or something else.
