i have aTesla 3, 2023.I wopuld like to,minstall a stealth hitch to tow a small trailer UHaul, or to attach a Weathertech basket:n which model would work for me?

Hey, Pierre!

You'll want to pick up Stealth Hitch part # 391TES317. This is a complete kit so will come with the hitch, all the hardware to install the hitch and wiring, the attachments to use it for towing or carrying a basket (like part # e98874) as well as tow a trailer.

What were you looking at towing on the trailer?

@PierreL. I put a stealth hitch on my 2025 model 3. It is a great hitch! It’s perfect to be able to remove the receiver when not in use. It holds my Yakima bike rack solidly in place. Installation takes some time. The hardest part is getting the bumper facia off and back on. Lots of tabs and slots to align when reinstalling.

@MarkP Agreed, the facia is unwieldy and finicky when putting it back into place. Would recommend anyone installing this hitch to have a friend help & be prepared to slowly piece it back together. Otherwise a very easy installation with the other steps.
