Question:

I need a Replacement control box for Thomas Payne theatre seating i attached a picture with serial number but here is the number as well if you read from picture EK2024HLS189BP1808379B12516 didnt see a part number anywhere on the box hoping you can help me with part for a replacement box

Hello Ernie,

I wish I was able to cross reference the serial number, but I am coming up empty handed. Do not be discouraged though, we will make sure we get you the correct control box.

You can tell which Thomas Payne series you have by the features on the chair.

-Momentum seating has power recline and LED-lit cupholders, but no heat, massage, power headrest, or power lumbar, the controls are simple and usually limited to recline and lights. If this is what you have you will need # 195-387596

- Seismic seating always includes extra features such as heat, massage, power lumbar, and often a power headrest, plus a Power Port accessory socket. If your chair has heat/massage or adjustable lumbar/headrest controls, it’s a Seismic. If it only reclines and lights up, it’s a Momentum. If this is what you have, you will need # LC36FR

Now I am curious, which one is it Ernie?

Mine has power recline and heat and massage with USB power port so then your saying I need the LC36FR then for my control box if so thank you very much

@ErnieL I heard back from Lippert Ernie, they need the furniture tag that is on your recliner. Can you please take a picture of it and send it to me by responding directly to the email you receive? This will get us one step closer to ensuring you get the correct controller =)

I look that control box up on etrailer the box looks different from the box that is on mine those four round tubes that are on top of the LC36FR aren't on mine so is that still compatible with mine
