What chains do you recommend for a Ford transit HD 350 with dual rear tires size 205/75R16 Tx

Hey Robert! It looks like you already found the pewag Snox Pro Tire Chains # PWSXP570. These are confirmed to fit your 205/75R16 tires. Make sure you consult your owner's manual for any restrictions on tire chain use. These are Class S compatible so they're designed for limited clearance and will likely work on your Transit.
If you don't have anything in the manual for that particular tire size I do recommend measuring for clearance just to be sure. These will fit if you have a minimum of 1.46" between the top of the tire tread and the wheel well and 0.59" between the tire sidewall and vehicle. See the attached picture.
