Hello Seth, thanks for reaching out. The B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit # BWGNXA2061 works with OEM puck systems from Ford, Chevy, GM and Nissan. So this will only work if you already have the factory 5th wheel/gooseneck prep package.
If your truck does not have the puck system, you can still install a B&W gooseneck, you will just need to do the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1020. This is for the 2026 Chevy 2500 short bed.
