The WeatherTech Universal Cargo Mat part # WT11AVMCB. would most likely need to be trimmed to fit. If you want a more perfect fit you would want to get WeatherTech Cargo Liner part # WT40610. This mat is custom for your 2016 Toyota RAV4s cargo area.
I attached a picture of the both WeatherTech cargo liners so you can see how each of them would fit in your RAV4.
