Hi, we are building Truck and Trailer chassis made out off carbon fiber. For our 3.5 ton version we are looking for the lowest axle less version with disk brakes and ers control. 4 wheel version My questions here: A what will be the lowest rim and tire size posible B ABS, EBS and ERS control applicable C And what will be the disk/rim/tire size possible 10foot 13foot ????

The Timbren system with the shortest distance between the trailer frame and the spindle of the axle with enough capacity for you would be the Timbren Axle-Less System part # ASR2KHDS01. That distance is 3-13/16 inches.
For a disc brake kit that would work on this system you would want the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit part # K2HR35D-8.
The smallest diameter wheel that will fit with this brake kit would be a 10 inch wheel. The lowest profile tire we offer to fit a 10 inch wheel would be the Kenda 205/65-10 Bias Trailer Tire with 10" White Wheel # AM3H390. This tire has an overall diameter of 20.5 inches.
For a way to electronically activate the brakes you will need an electric over hydraulic actuator. For that I would recommend the Carlisle HydraStar Electric-Hydraulic Actuator for Disc Brakes # HBA16.
For a compatible brake controller we recommend the Prodigy P2 Brake Controller part # 90885 the most because of how easy it is to setup and how well it works. Nothing we offer is anti-lock brake compatible though.
For brake lines you would want the Demco Hydraulic Brake Line Kit # DM5425.
