Recommendation for Installing a Hitch on a 1995 Ford F700 Dump Truck  

I have a 1995 Ford F700 dump truck. I want to install a Curt 20,000 pound hitch on it. The truck frame is only 16 feet long. The dump bed is 20 feet long, so the dump bed extends 4 feet past the end of the truck frame. The truck has 34inch frame rails. I intend to mount the hitch to the frame rails of the dump bed. The end of the hitch has to be attached at least 12 inches from the end of the dump bed frame rails so that the hitch wont hit the ground when dumping the truck. I will be pulling a chipper with a pintle ring that runs level at about 22 inches off the ground. The pintle ring height on the trailer can be adjusted 4 inches or so if needed. The distance that I need to come down from the bottom of the frame rails to the middle of the pintle ring of the trailer is about 18 inches. I believe this can be accomplished by first ing the Curt 20,000 pound hitch that has the greatest distance from the bottom of the dump bed frame rail to the bottom of the receiver tube of the hitch. I expect that the will be around 10 to 12 inches. Second, I believe a Reese Pintle Mount such as #45294 for the 2 1/2inch x 2 1/2inch tube would give me another 5 inches or so of , which would get me very close to where I need to be height wise. Any remaining adjustment should be able to be had by moving the pintle ring on the trailer of few inches one way or the other. Thus, my questions are as follows: 1. Which 20,000 pound Curt hitch that fits a truck with 34 inch completely unobstructed frame rails has the maximum from the bottom of the frame rails to the bottom of the receiver tube? 2. Will the Reese Pintle Mount #45294 fit your suggested Curt hitch or does Curt make such a mount rated at 20,000 pounds that would work better with a Curt hitch? Thank you in advance for your help.
