Question:
Will this work fine to flat tow a 2021 Ram 3500 Limited Megacab DRW? Or should I move up to the 12.5k model?

Hello John, thanks for reaching out. The Blue Ox Avail Non-Binding Tow Bar # BX7420 will be just fine for flat towing your 2021 Ram 3500 Limited Megacab DRW. Your curb weight should be right around 7,500 lbs so even loaded down with fuel and gear you will be safely under the 10,000 lb capacity.
If you want to go with the 12,500 tow bar part # BLU22CR you definitely can. There is no downside to overdoing the capacity, you would just be paying for extra capacity you don't need.
Are you needing the rest of the parts for your flat tow setup?

Thanks. I’ve weighed at the truck scales and it’s right around 9-9200 with me in it. So I’ll probably just go with the 12.5. Thanks!
