How do the Hook Up the 2 Wires on the Optronics Mini Trailer License Plate Light - Chrome Plate?

Thanks so much for the picture, it’s super helpful!
When installing the Optronics Mini Trailer License Plate Light # LP31CB, you’ll just need to connect one wire to your power source or running light circuit, and the other wire to a solid ground.
What kind of trailer is this being installed on?

I thought since it’s a 12 volt direct current system it wouldn’t matter. I just wanted to make sure. The trailer is for hauling my side by side and other equipment.
