It’s surprisingly lightweight thanks to the aluminum frame and vinyl construction. Most people can lift it solo, though having a second set of hands makes it easier to guide the frame evenly off the rails. And keep in mind, you will not be lifting 70 lbs total since there are individual pieces.

If you ever just want to pull the topper portion, it detaches in seconds by releasing the two front pins and corner latches. The tonneau rails can stay clamped in place, so reinstalling later is quick. Topper section that gets removed weighs less than 30lbs.
