Hello, I was hoping you could help me identify some parts. I have a customer that got his awning damaged and needs a full replacement . He only has the arm hardware so i was able to identify that it is : LC434723. What i need help with is the tube and fabric since it is gone. This is the units info: 2021 Cedar Creek Champaigne 38erd VIN 4X4FCRP29MS226801 I would appreciate any guidance in this matter . Thank you

Hey, Alex.
Great news that the arms are still there! I wish we could just run the VIN to figure out exactly what’s needed, but we’ll have to do it the classic way, with a quick measurement.
Below is a picture showing the measurement I need. Please measure center to center between the two awning arms. Once I have that number, I’ll know the correct length for your replacement.
If your customer has a fabric color preference, I can also check what’s available. The most popular options are:
White Fade: part # LCV000334743
Black Fade: part # LCV000334909
Send me the measurement (and color choice if you have one), and I’ll track down the right part for you!
