Question:
I have a 2004 boat trailer for a 20 Triton. The trailer was made by Marine master trailers. My spindle is damaged so I need to replace the rear axle. I am told it is a 20V series axle. My measurements are 68 spring center and 87.5 hub face. I am told it has a 3.5 and the springs come with it. Do you have anything comparable?

Hi Michael; I do have a solution, but we don't have any standard axles that match your 87-1/2" hub face measurement. When you say 3.5 do you mean it has a 3.5k capacity? If that is correct, you can use the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension # ASR3500S05.
This is a universal system that fits any frame width. It will also replace your leaf springs and upgrade your suspension. If you have a different capacity let me know and I can see what else is available. If you want to stick with a standard axle, I would reach out to Dexter directly to see if they can get you one that matches your current specs.

Also, it is a tandem axle boat trailer. Would I have to replace the suspensions on both axles? The one I need to replace is the axle with the disc brake, so i would need the support bar to run the brake line across it.
