Question:

Is the included bag rugged enough to keep in the truck bed full time?

Shane, the carry bag that comes with the # PM44FR is surprisingly tough - it’s a reinforced nylon with foam compartments and hook-and-loop straps to keep everything snug. It’s perfect for travel, but since it’s not waterproof, you’ll want to keep it in a covered truck box or cab, not full time outdoors.

Do you have a toolbox or storage drawer setup? Or if you tell me the vehicle you have, I can see if we have under seat storage solutions.

Appreciate it, Andrew. I keep most of my gear in a bed rack drawer system on my Tacoma. Gets dusty but not soaked. Think that bag will hold up in that environment?

@Shane Oh yeah, Shane; if it’s staying dry, that bag’ll be just fine in a drawer system. It’s actually tougher than it looks. I just wouldn't let it get wet very often as that could prevent the jack and bag from holding up over the years. If you ever want to keep it cleaner, a quick spray of fabric protector (like you’d use on a backpack) goes a long way. I’d say you’re good to keep it right where you’ve got your recovery kit. You running a full DECKED setup or something custom?
